It has been skilfully adapted with the addition of a 4-claw setting in the centre which holds a sparkling modern brilliant cut diamond.
Hand crafted from luxurious 18ct yellow gold the shank measures 2.3mm at the back. The diamond has an approximate diameter of 3.5mm
